2. Tablespoons of honey.
1. Teaspoon of cinnamon.
1. Teaspoon of nutmeg.
Mix it all together until you get thick paste ! apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 30 minutes. Wash it off with warm water, scrubbing softly in circular motion for exfoliation.

Every time you apply products (Shampoo- balsam, styling products etc.) to your hair it stays some left no matter how much you rinse  and clean it with water.
This will help you reset your hairs PH and have a mild and healthy clean as well as give natural volume and shine.
We call it Cider hair rinse=)


Apple cider and vinegar restores the PH levels of your hair.
Hair rinse is a simple way to restore the healthy sheen that you desire as well as remove unwanted hair build up. No matter how well you take care of your hair, or how high quality the ingredients are in the products that you use on a regular basis, shampoos and conditioners still leave build up behind.
 – This recipe will stop your hair from falling out, it will stop dandruff, gives shinier healthier hair, add more volume, it also smoothens the hair shaft and cuticles, which leads to smoother, shinier, easier to manage hair.


Ingredients .

1.           Boil 1 big cup of filtered/bottled water
2.           Pour the water into a bowl
3.           Add 1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
4.           10 drops of rosemary
5.      Leave it  10 min
6.      After shampooing and hair conditioning, rinse.

 So here we go !!:)

Anti Aging Eye Serum
WHAT YOU NEED
 2 tablespoons Hazelnut oil
  6 drops Borage seed oil
 3 drop Chamomile German essential oil
 3 drop Carrot Seed (Daucus carota) essential oil
 ¼ tsp Emu Oil 


 Mix ingredients together in a small 1 oz jar.
  Re-mix before each use.

Natural beauty is not narowed down to things you can apply to your skin hair and teeth. Its also important not to miss out on the fact that having a antioxidant rich diet is so important.(Antioxidants has many good effects, hilighted here is the positive effect on free radicals in  your body whos just incrising the older you get and break down blod sirculation and ”age” you.)
So today I bring you the first in the series of diet tips.

Ingredients to make two smoothies.

1 ½  cups of filtered or spring water
1 head chopped organic Romaine lettuce
8 cups of organic spinach
3 stalks organic celery
1 organic apple, cored and chopped
1 organic pear, cored and chopped
1 organic banana
Juice of ½ organic lemon

Optional:
½ bunch of organic cilantro (with stems)
1/3 bunch of organic parsley (with stems)

To make the smoothie:

Add water, chopped lettuce, and chopped spinach to the blender.
Turn the blender on a slow speed and mix until smooth.
Gradually increase blender speed as you add the celery, apple, and
pear one item at a time.

If you are using cilantro and/or parsley, add it next with the
blender still running.

Last, add the banana and lemon juice.

Step 3: Have your glowing green smoothie for breakfast. 

Drink it about 30 minutes after your water with lemon, and avoid having any
other foods for an additional 60 minutes after your smoothie.

Step 4: Skip the soda.

Soda  is highly acidic and can leach Beauty Minerals out of your body.
Instead, drink water with lemon between meals. Always leave about 60 minutes
between eating and drinking in order to aid digestion.
